Arrival Ambassador

As an Arrival Ambassador, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring our guests have a magical experience at our after-hours theme park events. From setting up the check-in area to warmly greeting guests, you will be at the forefront of creating lasting memories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the check-in area to ensure a smooth and efficient guest registration process.
• Provide a warm welcome to our guests as they arrive for the event.
• Verify photo IDs and ensure they match the names on our digital check-in system.
• Distribute credentials and maps to guests.
• Answer basic questions about the event, the parks, and Orlando Informer.
• Conduct various quality assurance tasks, ensuring every aspect of the event meets Orlando Informer's high standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• In-person availability on Friday and Saturday, June 5-6, and other future Orlando Informer Meetup dates.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Previous customer service or event experience is a plus.
• Must comply with all legal requirements and company policies.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.

The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with reasonable accommodation:

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and move around the park as needed.
• Ability to lift and or move up to 40 pounds.
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions, including direct sunlight, heat, or cold.
• Hearing audible voice commands with background noise.
• Repeating motions more than twice per minute.
• Ability to maintain alertness and attentiveness for up to 4 hours while working varying hours.
• Ability to maintain concentration/focus (e.g., ability to interpret the work environment and make decisions on predetermined operating policies and procedures).
  
  

Benefits

This is a seasonal, hourly position starting at $22/hour.
