Civil Engineer

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join a growing land development team in Orlando, FL . This full-time, in-office position is ideal for a motivated engineering professional with at least two years of experience in civil site design. Based in Orlando, Florida , this role offers the opportunity to contribute to residential, commercial, industrial, and resort-style development projects throughout the region.

The Civil Engineer will be involved in utility systems design, grading, and drainage planning while collaborating with internal teams and coordinating with local agencies in Orlando, FL . Key Responsibilities

• Design water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater utility systems for land development projects
• Prepare detailed grading and drainage plans , including ICPR 4 modeling
• Support residential, commercial, industrial, and resort site development projects
• Coordinate with local municipalities and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance
• Provide direction to design staff on site development assignments
• Manage multiple active projects while maintaining schedules and deliverables
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams
• Assist with technical reports, documentation, and project presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent hands-on civil design experience
• Minimum 2+ years of civil engineering or civil design experience
• Experience with grading and drainage design , including ICPR 4
• Strong understanding of land development design principles
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident presentation and client interaction abilities
  

Preferred (Not Required)

• AutoCAD experience
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license

Position Details
