Office Assistant
Vineyards Country Club is seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to suport our busy Events Department during the peak season.
Responsibilities include:- Answering phones and directing calls professionally.
- Taking initial event information from perspective clients.
- Assisting with lead follow-up and scheduling tours.
- Supporting Events Team with administrative tasks.
- Greeting members and guests visiting the office.
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative or hospitality experience preferred.
- String communication and organizational skills.
- Professional and service-oriented demeanor.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (CRM experience a plus)
