About the Opportunity
We are a Miami-based company dedicated to the wholesale distribution of used and refurbished technology equipment in international markets.
As part of its growth, the company is developing its technology recycling (ITAD) channel as a strategic source of inventory acquisition.
The Technology Recycling Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and acquiring companies that need to dispose of their technology equipment.
This is not an operational role.
It is a commercial role focused on:
- Opportunity generation
- Relationship building
- Deal closing
Compensation & Earning Potential
- Base salary: $50,000 – $70,000 USD
- Expected earnings: $80,000 – $150,000+
- High performers: $150,000 – $200,000+
The variable component is tied to:
- Number of companies acquired
- Volume of equipment sourced
- Value of inventory obtained
Responsibilities
- Prospect companies that generate technology equipment (corporations, offices, institutions)
- Generate outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn, and personal network
- Identify recycling or asset disposition opportunities
- Present the company’s value proposition
- Close agreements with companies
- Maintain consistent follow-up on opportunities
- Build a strong sales pipeline
- Coordinate with operations for collection execution
Technology Focus & Tools
This role requires a high level of efficiency in prospecting.
Expected capabilities include:
- Intensive use of digital tools for company research
- Use of artificial intelligence for lead generation and process automation
- Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn, databases, and outreach platforms
- Ability to organize and optimize pipeline management
- High productivity in internet usage
Required Profile
- Minimum 3–5 years in B2B sales or business development
- Experience with cold prospecting
- Ability to generate opportunities from scratch
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ITAD or electronic recycling
- Experience selling B2B services
- Experience in corporate markets
- Existing business network
