THE TEAM

The Residences team is dedicated to delivering highly personalized, anticipatory service that reflects Rosewood’s philosophy of Relationship Hospitality. Every interaction is an opportunity to create meaningful, memorable experiences for residents and their guests.

The Concierge team serves as a central point of contact, working closely with all departments—including Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Culinary—to ensure seamless day-to-day living and exceptional service delivery.

YOUR ROLE

At Rosewood Residences Lido Key, the Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service in a friendly, natural, and professional manner while ensuring complete resident satisfaction.

You will act as a trusted resource, anticipating needs and managing a wide range of requests—from reservations and itinerary planning to coordinating in-residence services and lifestyle experiences. Working closely with the General Manager and cross-functional teams, you will ensure all public areas and services are maintained to the highest standards. This position is ideal for a service-driven professional who thrives in a luxury residential environment and is passionate about creating seamless, elevated living experiences.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Greet and welcome residents and guests, personalizing every interaction whenever possible
  • Engage with residents in a warm, and meaningful manner
  • Handle all resident requests with urgency, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Provide information on services, amenities, events, and local recommendations
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries (e.g., dry cleaning, flowers, food)
  • Answer all phone calls and respond to emails/texts promptly, following Rosewood communication standards
  • Maintain accurate resident profiles, preferences, and communication records
  • Coordinate visitor access, ensuring all guests are authorized and properly directed or escorted
  • Communicate maintenance updates and follow up on service requests to ensure completion
  • Support move-in orientations and ongoing resident onboarding experiences
  • Provide concierge services locally and globally, leveraging the Rosewood network and partnerships
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, transportation, and arrival/departure preparations
  • Resolve service issues and ensure timely follow-up
  • Monitor cleanliness and upkeep of public areas, amenities, and lobby spaces
  • Assist with setup, staging, and maintenance of resident amenities and shared spaces
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resident satisfaction
  • Maintain knowledge of and compliance with residential policies and procedures
  • Ensure the front desk, lobby, and workstation are clean, organized, and properly stocked
  • Maintain logs, records, and daily reports using appropriate systems
  • Track packages, visitors, storage, parking, and other operational needs
  • Update resident databases and service/vendor listings
  • Monitor property access points and support overall building security protocols
  • Report suspicious activity and ensure resident safety at all times.
  • Respond to emergency situations by contacting appropriate teams and following procedures
  • Conduct routine checks of public areas and report maintenance or safety concerns
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and well-maintained residential environment
  • Support cleanliness and presentation of all public areas in collaboration with Housekeeping
  • Assist with resident events and activations, including setup and coordination
  • Record resident preferences, feedback, and service notes for continuous personalization
  • Promote teamwork, collaboration, and Rosewood core values
