We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support day-to-day activities providing administrative support to various departments while contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing photocopying and scanning documents.
• Assist in coordinating office activities and events.
• Manage and order office supplies ensuring inventory is stocked.
• Prepare and edit correspondence communications presentations and other documents.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
• Proven experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
