Our high-performing Winter Park office is hiring a Licensed Financial Services Associate (with a Series 6 license) to guide clients with exceptional service, proactive support, and clear, confident educationinside a fast-moving, high-standard environment. Here, excellence isnt the goalits the baseline. Youll help clients strengthen their financial foundation, protect what theyre building, and move closer to the dreams and goals that matter most. What Youll Do
- Support and service existing clients with account questions, updates, and ongoing financial needs.
- Educate clients on common gaps in their financial plan (based on goals/life changes) and connect them with appropriate solutions.
- Assist with client relationships, follow-ups, documentation, and keeping records accurate and compliant.
- Collaborate closely with the agent to deliver a smooth, professional client experience from start to finish.
- Retirement, Investment, and Education planning
- Open new accounts and expand our client base
- Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and high-touch service.
- Active Series 6 license (required).
- At least 1 year of experience in financial services and/or insurance after obtaining your Series 6 (required for interview consideration).
- Background in insurance and/or financial services .
- Clear communicator with a service-first mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Organized, motivated, and ready to thrive in a high-performance office.
