Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Experience treating geriatric populations and managing mobility and fall-risk programs preferred.
• Ability to document using electronic medical records is preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
