Landscape Salesperson

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Landscape Salesperson to join our growing team in South Florida. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and selling landscape design, installation, and maintenance services to commercial, HOA, and condominium clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Florida landscaping (zone 10/11), excellent communication skills, a friendly and8:30 courteous demeanor, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of residential and commercial landscape leads.
• Conduct on-site consultations with clients to assess their needs and provide expert recommendations.
• Prepare and present professional proposals, designs, and cost estimates tailored to client goals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups, upselling, and problem-solving.
• Stay current with South Florida plant materials, irrigation systems, design trends, and municipal landscaping regulations.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and community meetings to promote the company.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field preferred.
• Solid knowledge of South Florida plant species, climate considerations, and irrigation practices.
• Proven ability to read landscape plans or CAD drawings is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong time-management abilities.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Combination of office work and field visits in outdoor environments.
• Frequent travel throughout South Florida to meet with clients.
• May involve working in hot, humid conditions typical of the region.
