Private Practice Dermatologist Opportunity - Coastal Florida

Dermatology Associates Skin & Cancer Center, Bay County's premier physician-owned dermatology practice with over 50 years of serving the community. We are seeking a board-certified dermatologist to join our dynamic team and work across three state-of-the-art locations on Panama City Beach and Panama City, Florida .

Panama City, Florida Practice Location

• Our main office is located in the heart of Panama City, Florida.

• 10,000 square foot building with 18 rooms and an on-site dermatopathology lab and Mohs surgery lab.

Panama City Beach, Florida Practice Locations

• Our New Beach Location at 100 Richard Jackson Blvd boasts 4,000 square feet with 9 patient rooms with all-new equipment, surgical lights, and Ritter surgical procedure chairs, Mohs lab, New Sciton Tribrid Laser, BBL, Moxi, Halo, Skintyte, Profrac and Contour TRL.

• Our second beach location is in the over-55 community of Latitude Margaritaville , you will be the first dermatologist in this community, serving patients in a completely new 1,800 sq ft facility with 5 exam rooms and a Mohs surgery lab.

Position Overview

• Competitive, production-based compensation with a guaranteed first-year base salary:

  • 45% collections or (50% collections if supervise two offices)

  • Base salary $90,000 per day worked (4 days per week $360,000 , 4.5 days per week $405,000, 5 days per week $450,000 )

  • Sign on bonus $50,000

  • Relocation expenses covered up to $20,000

  • 401K with 4% matching

  • Full benefits package

• Full-time Dermatology position practicing from 3 locations 12 miles apart on Panama City Beach and Panama City, Florida.

• General Dermatology-manage a patient volume of 35 patients per day 4.5 days per week

• Monday-Thursday with half day or full day available on Fridays if desired

• Opportunity to build cosmetics and Laser practice with New Sciton Halo/ Tribrid laser in addition to traditional tox/filler for any position at our new Beach office, Panama City office.

• Position available due to practice growth

Ideal Candidate

• Board-certified dermatologist with 2-5 years experience, willing to take new graduates/fellows

• Florida medical license (or eligibility)
