We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner who wants income stability, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to serve a community that truly needs you.
You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on managing acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan. Patient volumes are manageable, allowing you time to provide thorough, patient-centered care within a collaborative team structure.
You’ll practice in Bonifay, Florida, a welcoming rural community offering a lower cost of living, close-knit neighborhoods, and convenient access to the Florida Panhandle.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $115,000 to $145,000 depending on experience
