Gold Coast Physical Therapy (formerly FYZICAL Palm Beach) is a patient-focused practice with 11 locations throughout Palm Beach County . We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our administrative team as an Entry-Level Authorization Specialist , supporting our clinicians in delivering timely, high-quality care.
We strongly encourage aspiring physical therapists and students pursuing careers in healthcare to apply. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a clinical setting and build a strong foundation in healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities- Submit and track therapy authorizations using EMR systems and online portals
- Communicate with healthcare teams to ensure timely processing of documentation
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending authorizations
- Support front office and clinical operations as needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and web platforms
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
