Member Services Representative – Part-Time Temporary
Location: Orlando, FL (32810)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-Minute Lunch)
Pay: $18–$20/hour

A professional member-based organization is seeking a Part-Time Temporary Member Services Representative to support its busy call center and member support operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming member phone calls and provide professional customer support
• Assist members with questions, account inquiries, and general support needs
• Work within online databases and Excel to review and update member information
• Respond to inquiries with professionalism, patience, and accuracy
• Maintain detailed and accurate records
• Support additional member service and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications
• 5+ years of customer service experience required
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Experience working with online databases and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
