Bartender
Location: Gianni’s Restaurant at The Villa Casa Casuarina
Job Description:
Gianni’s Restaurant, located inside the iconic Villa Casa Casuarina, is seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a strong knowledge of mixology, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to deliver attentive, high-quality service in a refined, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails with precision and creativity
- Provide attentive, engaging service to guests at the bar and dining areas
- Maintain deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail trends
- Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all safety and sanitation standards
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with the service team to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end or fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beer
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience as a Pool Attendant, Bartender, or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of basic bar service and beverage preparation preferred
- Must meet legal requirements to serve alcohol
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
