What You'll Do

• Recruit, hire, train, and lead a team of door-to-door canvassers
• Canvass neighborhoods and engage with homeowners
• Educate homeowners about our energy-efficient windows, impact windows, doors, and roofing solutions
• Schedule free in-home consultations for the sales team
• Track daily performance and help your team consistently achieve appointment goals
• Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing canvassing team

What We're Looking For

• Previous canvassing management experience is required
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• High-energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with homeowners
• Reliable transportation (car or truck required)
