Contract: ASAP start - 12/31/2026 (Temp to hire)

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Business Shift 8:30am-5pm ( OT is sometimes required for volume)

We're seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Support Post Closing Processor to join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you'll support residential real estate transactions after closing by reviewing documents, preparing recording packages, and ensuring all post-closing documentation is accurate, complete, and ready for recording.

What You'll Do

• Review post-closing files and recording packages for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Examine deeds, mortgages, affidavits, riders, and other closing documents for signatures, notarization, legal descriptions, and recording requirements.
• Verify recording fees, transaction details, page counts, and document accuracy.
• Prepare, scan, upload, and index documents into electronic workflow systems.
• Create and submit electronic recording packages.
• Research and resolve rejected or incomplete recording submissions.
• Monitor assigned work queues and meet productivity and turnaround goals.
• Maintain accurate processing notes and documentation.
• Protect confidential customer and transaction information.
• Participate in training, cross-training, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in title, escrow, mortgage, real estate, banking operations, document processing, or a similar production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new systems and following detailed procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with residential purchase, builder, or new construction transactions.
• Previous post-closing, recording, or document review experience.
• Experience using FAST, TRecS, or other title production systems.
• Previous First American experience is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Use of computers and technology
