Job Title: Installation Scheduler
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18–$20/hour
Benefits: Medical, 401(k), Paid Vacation

Job Overview:
A well-established flooring company is seeking a highly organized Installation Scheduler to support day-to-day coordination between customers, the install team, and warehouse staff. This role involves managing installation schedules, generating and distributing work tickets, and ensuring accurate order preparation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable on the phone, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule installation appointments and communicate with customers

• Serve as liaison between customers and installation crews to ensure smooth job execution

• Pull and prepare work tickets for scheduled jobs

• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure materials are pulled and ready for install

• Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling changes or customer inquiries

• Maintain accurate records and logs related to scheduling and job completion

• Support general office and administrative tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a scheduling, dispatch, or similar coordination role

• Strong communication skills, especially via phone and email

• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

• Familiarity with order processing or ticketing systems is a plus

• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
