Digital Marketing Manager

We're seeking a strategic thinker and proven leader with deep expertise across the digital landscape someone who can balance high-level vision with tactical execution. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has a strong command of digital tools and trends, and knows how to create compelling, results-driven campaigns that elevate brand visibility and generate measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of digital marketers.
- Develop and implement departmental goals and objectives to align with the firm's strategic vision.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, press releases, digital content, and communications to maintain consistency in brand messaging and legal expertise.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Build and develop a digital marketing strategy and campaign.
- Implement the strategy internally and with outside vendors.
- Work with outside digital marketing vendors, creating, shooting, editing, and posting social media posts.
Marketing Campaigns & Content Strategy:
- Oversee the development and execution of traditional, modern & innovative marketing campaigns to promote the firm's legal expertise, practice areas, and key attorneys.
- Collaborate with attorneys and leadership to create thought leadership content, including articles, blogs, and speaking engagements, and round tables, positioning the firm as an industry leader.
- Manage the firm's website and digital presence, ensuring timely updates and SEO optimization for visibility.
Brand Positioning & Advocacy:
- Work closely with the leadership team to define and consistently communicate the firm's brand and values through marketing initiatives.
- Develop brand strategies that increase recognition and solidify the firm's position as a trusted legal advisor in both the legal and local communities.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing and PR activities, providing detailed analytics to leadership for decision-making.
- Track media coverage, press releases, and community outreach events to determine the firm's impact and reach.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies, continuously improving the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a Digital marketing-related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience : Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing.
- To be considered for this role, candidates are required to submit a portfolio of past marketing projects. The portfolio must demonstrate expertise in strategic marketing campaigns, branding, and content development. Please include examples of successful initiatives, metrics, and any relevant creative assets.
Skills :
- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting persuasive messaging and managing media interactions if needed.
- Leadership : Strong leadership qualities to motivate and guide teams, ensuring the alignment of goals and completion of projects.
- Creativity : Ability to think outside the box and generate innovative marketing and PR ideas.
- Problem-solving : Quick decision-making ability, especially when managing crises or addressing challenges.
- Strong Digital Expertise : Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing, Google analytics, SEO, and social media platforms to bring new cases to the firm and drive engagement and visibility.
- Analytical Thinking : Ability to assess data, measure campaign effectiveness, and adjust strategies accordingly.
