Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach – Boutique Strength Studio
$20/hr Base + Performance Pay | $25–35/hr Earning Potential | 20–30 hrs/week
P-Fit Studios is hiring a motivated fitness coach to lead structured 30-minute strength training sessions in our results-focused boutique studio.
We operate on a performance-based pay model, meaning coaches who deliver results, build relationships, and contribute to the team culture increase their earning potential.

Compensation Structure
• $20/hr starting base
• $25–35/hr earning potential based on performance
• Commission and bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do
• Lead structured 30-minute resistance sessions
• Coach proper form and intensity
• Support clients in achieving measurable results
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment
Programming is provided — you focus on coaching and leadership.

• Strong communicator
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Group or personal training experience preferred
• Availability for early mornings and/or evenings
