Job Overview: Production Coordinator is a member of the Supply Chain Team, supporting the business and Value Streams (Mobile, Modular, and/or Equipment) to deliver Germfree products on Time and on Budget. They are responsible for leveraging the production schedule in maintaining alignment with the Demand Plan, Production Schedules and Client delivery requirements. Working closely with Supply Chain, Operations Leaders and Planning, the Production Coordinator tracks and leverages the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System to ensure materials are pulled and staged in accordance with Demand Plan and Production Schedules, achieving Germfree business objectives relative to customer service, efficient resource/capacity utilization and inventory investment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Establishes material delivery priorities based on the production schedule, consistent with
master scheduling requirements, inventory objectives, and service level goals.
Create and publish daily/weekly/monthly material pull schedules via the ERP and track
schedule adherence.
Identification and resolution of Constraints ERP accuracy, Capacity, Resource & Material.
Maintain data integrity of ERP planning parameters, ensuring material is issued to the
appropriate manufacturing jobs and excess material returned to stock.
Coordinates Kanban and material requirements.
Leverages ERP and production tools for resolving any challenges/roadblocks to meeting
production and customer requirements.
Monitors manufacturing activities and schedule performance against plan to maintain
material movement priorities and meet established schedules. Meets daily with cross-functional team to resolve any delays, component shortages, and other identified problems.
Works the critical shortage reports on a daily basis and updates the appropriate cause codes
for service level reporting. Identifies and resolves problems.
Initiates prioritization of material demands as a result of changes in plans or customer
requirement.
Participates in identification and recommends disposition of obsolete and surplus assembly
inventory.
Performs analysis and prepares reports in areas of specific Value Streams. Monitors material
availability and communicates as appropriate.
Monitor and drive resolution of MRP processing errors.

SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Ability to collect and analyze data
Effective and comfortable communicator, both oral and written
Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize to complete day-to-day responsibilities
Strong team player ability to collaborate with cross-functional groups to drive business results

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 1-year operating in a planning and/or Supply Chain environment within a high-tempo
manufacturing environment
Demonstrated experience in procurement processes and systems
Understanding of and experience in ERP systems
