Administrative Assistant

SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.

We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant professional to become part of our team! The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with phone personality and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support as directed by the Pharmacist In Charge & HR.
• Manage the front desk, greeting and directing visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Assist with various office projects, events, and client service giveaways (e.g., baked goods, etc.)
• Prepare department manager resumes for interview processes.
• Perform general office duties, such as copying, and data entry.
• Pharmacy technician duties can include but are not limited to eKits billing, emergency billing and process returns.
• Assigned employees lockers, if needed.
• Coordinate new hires orientation folders.
• Take new hires ID photos and process ID badges within the region.
• Organize and distribute company scrubs.
• Activate and deactivate employees key fob entry.
• Clean and maintain office equipment and work areas in accordance with prescribed methods.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks or projects as required.

Qualifications:

• Licensed FL Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• Previous pharmacy experience preferred.
• Driven and motivated problem-solver.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask effectively and adapt to competing demands.
• Ability to maintain professional and cordial demeanor, team player.
• Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality.
• Must be detail oriented.

Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm
