Human Resources Coordinator ( {{city}})
ere looking for an HR Coordinator to support key human resources functions at our Hialeah office. You will play a central role in recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day employee support. This is a great opportunity for someone whos detail-oriented, people-focused, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new hire onboarding , including offer letters, welcome packets, orientation scheduling, and follow-ups
- Oversee I-9 form completion and compliance in accordance with federal regulations
- Assist with recruitment coordination , including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS system, Paylocity
- Support benefits enrollment , PTO tracking, and annual review processes
- Ensure accurate filing of HR documentation (both digital and physical)
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and HR support needs
- Contribute to ongoing development of HR procedures and employee experience initiatives
Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in Human Resources, office administration, or onboarding
- Understanding of I-9 requirements and general HR compliance standards
- Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS platforms strongly preferred
- Highly organized with excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Friendly, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
