Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
• Perform physical therapy procedures such as Therex and functional training.
• Educate patients and families on physical therapy techniques and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PTs, OTs, and SLPs.
• Document patient progress and outcomes using Meditech Expanse system.
• Participate in weekend rotation call requirements.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Valid BLS certification required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Proficiency in using typical inpatient rehabilitation gym equipment.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
