Construction Assistant Project Manager
Construction Assistant Project Manager
Title: Construction Assistant Project Manager
Location: Onsite and in office (as project requires)
Company: NOVA Construction Management
About NOVA Construction Management:
NOVA Construction Management is a high-performing, small general contractor specializing in industrial and commercial interior buildouts. With over 23 years of construction experience on the team, NOVA focuses on large-scale warehouse, cold storage, manufacturing, and office/retail tenant improvements—typically ranging from 50,000 to 800,000 SF and $1M to $20M in construction value. NOVA is especially notable in the industrial warehousing, cold storage, and manufacturing sectors across South Florida.
NOVA operates differently from a typical GC, blending resourcefulness, creativity, and an understanding of ever-changing tenant requirements. Team members are exposed to most construction divisions within a project instead of being siloed, creating a fast-paced, hands-on learning environment. NOVA uses industry-leading tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and modern digital bid platforms.

- Assist with OAC meeting preparation, meeting minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Support punch list management, closeout deliverables, and turnover to owners/tenants.

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
