Must be willing to learn, english-spanish speaking, drug free and have a clean driving record, CDL is a plus, full background report, have basic skill set to properly manuever pick up truck and enclosed trailer combination, ability to manage 4 man crew, motivated, self starter to be a productive addition to the company.
