Job Summary
We are looking for a Mobile Detail Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a premium service brand.
This role requires precision, efficiency, and a strong eye for detail. You will be responsible for performing high-quality interior and exterior detailing services while representing the company in a professional manner at client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full interior and exterior detailing services.
- Execute paint decontamination processes (iron removal, clay bar, etc.)
- Perform basic to intermediate paint correction (polishing, swirl removal).
- Apply sealants, waxes, and ceramic coatings.
- Clean engine bays safely and professionally.
- Perform steam cleaning for interiors, upholstery, and hard surfaces.
- Set up and break down mobile detailing equipment at each job site.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tools, van, and workspace.
- Take before/after photos for quality control and marketing.
- Communicate professionally with clients on-site.
- Follow all company processes and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of professional detailing experience (or strong willingness to learn).
- Basic knowledge of detailing tools, chemicals, and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to meet at job locations or dispatch points.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
- Fluent English (verbal communication required for client interactions).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with paint correction and polishing systems.
- Experience applying ceramic coatings.
- Experience working with luxury or exotic vehicles.
- IDA Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in mobile detailing operations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: $16 – $23/hour (based on experience)
