Sales Support Intern - Solar Trackers (North America Market)
Position Overview
EOSOL Group is seeking a Sales Support Intern to support the North America commercial team within the utility-scale solar industry.
This role will provide operational and administrative support to Sales and Sales Engineering teams, ensuring proper organization, follow-up, and preparation of commercial and technical information.
The position is ideal for candidates interested in gaining experience in an international and fast-paced renewable energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Information Management
- Update and maintain databases of clients, projects, and opportunities.
- Ensure commercial information is accurate and properly organized.
- Manage and control technical and commercial documentation versions.
Documentation & Presentation Support
- Prepare and update commercial presentations and technical documents.
- Support proposal formatting and datasheet preparation.
- Organize files and maintain documentation traceability.
Operational Support
- Assist with internal follow-up of sales activities and action items.
- Prepare internal status reports for the sales team.
- Draft meeting minutes and track assigned tasks.
Sales Team Support
- Research utility-scale solar projects in North America.
- Update project references and standard sales materials.
- Execute operational tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
Required Profile
Education
- Active student or recent graduate in:
- Engineering
- Business Administration
- International Business
- Economics
- Related fields
Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint .
- Strong organizational and information management skills.
- Interest in renewable energy or industrial sectors.
Languages
- Spanish: Native
- English: Intermediate to Advanced (Mandatory)
