We're looking for a motivated, high-performing Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn customer needs into sold work orders.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and build trust from the first interaction
• Perform vehicle walkarounds and identify customer concerns
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations with confidence
• Follow up on estimates and unsold work
• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers
• Maximize Average Repair Order (ARO) while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Manage appointments and workflow efficiently
• Deliver a professional experience that earns repeat business and referrals

What We're Looking For

* Proven sales experience (automotive preferred)

* Strong closing skills

* Excellent communication and customer service

* Ability to explain repairs in simple terms

* Goal-oriented and self-motivated

* Comfortable discussing repair recommendations and handling objections
