MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must:

• Possess a valid Florida Class D Security License
• Have a valid Florida Driver License
• Have reliable transportation
• Maintain current vehicle registration
• Maintain current automobile insurance
• Pass a criminal background search
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Have excellent communication skills
• Present a professional appearance
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Arrive early—not just on time
• Conduct proactive foot and vehicle patrols
• Check doors, gates, fence lines, and common areas
• Remain alert, proactive and professional throughout the shift
• Write clear, accurate reports
• Follow all Post Orders
• Communicate often with supervisors
• Represent our clients professionally
