Overview
Our client is a leading energy company at the forefront of smart grid technology transformation. We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Cloud Engineer to join their Smart Grid 2.0 initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge energy infrastructure technology that powers millions of homes and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development for Smart Grid 2.0 applications and platforms
- Design and implement cloud-based solutions for energy management systems
- Architect scalable microservices and APIs for grid monitoring and control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on critical infrastructure projects
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership
- Ensure security, reliability, and performance of mission-critical systems
- Integrate IoT devices and sensors with cloud platforms
- Develop real-time data processing and analytics solutions
Requirements
- 15+ years of software development experience
- Expert-level full-stack development skills
- Strong cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Energy/utility industry experience preferred
