Responsibilities

• Create and organize files for incoming client orders
• Communicate with county and state offices to verify property and title information
• Confirm mobile homes are associated with the correct parcel or property
• Verify lienholder information when applicable
• Communicate with clients regarding file status and additional information needed
• Maintain organized documentation and filing systems
• Use office equipment including copier, scanner, and printer
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
