Position Specific Description

Employees in this role lead the analysis and strategy on high priority projects as assigned by senior executive management. This position works with a small cross-functional team of Subject Matter Experts (SME) to analyze, develop, and propose strategies or solutions to complex topics. Individuals rapidly identify key data, stakeholders, and the current landscape in order to effectively present ideas for executive review.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years working in a consulting capacity.

Job Overview

Employees in this job partner with management to assess and develop and implement programs, processes and resources that increase business results across the company. This role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring projects from initiation through delivery.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Develops a comprehensive communications strategy for project initiatives
• Coordinates and manages projects throughout the lifecycle including design, development, testing, implementation, and production
• Assists with the oversight of programs
• Participates in the identification of baseline measures
• Monitors measures to ensure that the actions being taken are achieving the results desired
• Leads or participates in special projects
• Serves as a mentor or coach to colleagues
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

 

• High School Grad / GED
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
• Experience: 4+ years

Preferred Qualifications

 

 

• Bachelor's Degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
