Administrative Specialist
· This position will provide Quality Assurance administrative support to the WPB Area Office, located at 4400 PGA Blvd, Suite 203Palm Beach Gardens, Fl 33410, with office management responsibilities to include budgeting, personnel records, and payroll.
· The Administrative Assistant may be required to work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials in addition to secretarial duties (filing, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements).
· We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of experience in administrative support roles, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
