Legal Billing Specialist

LaSalle Network has partnered with a prestigious global law firm seeking a Legal Billing Specialist to join their West Palm Beach office full time. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-level legal professionals, supporting billing operations for 20–25 attorneys. This firm needs someone who’s not just accurate and organized—but someone who takes initiative, thinks two steps ahead, and can juggle a high volume of complex billing with poise. Immediate availability is a plus!

Legal Billing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Process client invoices using Aderant software and Pre-bill Viewer

• Submit electronic invoices and accruals through multiple e-billing platforms

• Review, edit, and finalize pre-bills in collaboration with attorneys and legal staff

• Respond to accounting inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies

• Manage high-volume, full-cycle billing including rejections and appeals

• Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with client requirements

Legal Billing Specialist Requirements:

• 3+ years of billing experience in a large law firm setting

• Proficient in end-to-end legal billing processes and e-billing platforms

• Experience with Aderant or Elite highly preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Deadline-driven with excellent communication and follow-through

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
