Warehouse Helper

We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Helper to support daily operations for a busy party rental company. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced setting and occasionally assisting with equipment that has been used outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize inflatables and other rental equipment after events
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks before and after deliveries
• Organize, label, and manage warehouse inventory
• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, dusting, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the warehouse
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and organized work environment
• Support team members with setup and staging of rental items as needed

Work Environment:

• This position is based in a warehouse setting where duties are performed both indoors and occasionally outdoors
• Some tasks may require exposure to sun and heat for limited parts of the day
• Must be able to bend, lift, and move equipment regularly (up to 50 lbs)
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move continuously for extended periods

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is a plus, but not required
• Physically able to perform all job duties (lifting, bending, standing, etc.)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work in a hands-on environment and maintain cleanliness standards
• Must be comfortable working in warm weather conditions during peak seasons
