Day to day as a Credit Solutions (Collections) Associate IAs a Credit Solutions Associate I at San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union, you will engage directly with members to resolve past due accounts through both outbound and inbound collections calls. Your day will involve reviewing account details, meticulously documenting all activities, and diligently following up on payment arrangements. Collaboration with your team will be essential to ensure that all accounts are managed timely and accurately, reinforcing our commitment to customer service excellence. Each day presents a unique blend of problem-solving and member interaction, emphasizing teamwork and the collective goal of assisting members while protecting the integrity of the credit union.

Additionally, you'll need strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and account updates, alongside exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups effectively. Basic problem-solving capabilities will help you identify appropriate next steps within established guidelines. Comfort in a fast-paced environment, along with the ability to handle stress while maintaining professionalism, is essential, along with basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
