As a Credit Solutions Associate I at San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union, you will engage directly with members to resolve past due accounts through both outbound and inbound collections calls. Your day will involve reviewing account details, meticulously documenting all activities, and diligently following up on payment arrangements. Collaboration with your team will be essential to ensure that all accounts are managed timely and accurately, reinforcing our commitment to customer service excellence.
