Concierge Medicine of Boca Raton is seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a short-term locum tenens opportunity in our boutique, membership-based outpatient practice.

This is a unique opportunity to practice in a high-touch concierge medicine model that emphasizes personalized care, preventative medicine, longevity, and strong physician-patient relationships.

Our physicians enjoy low daily patient volume, extended appointment times, and a collaborative clinical environment designed to support thoughtful, relationship-driven care.

• Practice Type: Concierge / Membership-Based Primary Care
• Specialty: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Setting: Outpatient only
• Location: Boca Raton, Florida
• Assignment Length: 2 3 weeks
• Schedule: Monday Friday, standard business hours
• Call: Minimal after-hours phone/text availability for urgent patient needs only
• Patient Volume: Low daily volume
• Support Staff: Full clinical and administrative support team available during business hours
• Start Date: ASAP or flexible based on availability

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver a concierge-level patient experience with strong attention to communication and continuity
• Collaborate with an experienced support team to coordinate care efficiently
• Maintain continuity with the existing physician team during assignment
• Participate in minimal after-hours physician availability for urgent matters only

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and patient-centered bedside manner
