Administrative Support Coordinator (Direct Hire)

: Administrative Support Coordinator Direct Hire West Palm Beach, FL TempExperts is currently seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator with a focus on billing and inventory management for a well-established and growing company in West Palm Beach, FL . This is a direct hire opportunity. Responsibilities:

• Answer, screen, process all incoming calls, and messages for managers and staff.
• Greet customers and be a positive representative of the company.
• Maintain equipment repair log.
• Monitors distribution of customer equipment and parts.
• Coding vendor invoices and packing lists.
• Collect and review work orders and provide pricing according to contracts and price agreements.
• Assist in annual reconciliation and counting of inventory.
• Assist and coordinate customer billing.
• Reconciliation of petty cash monthly.
• Monitor time entry and process biweekly hours.
• Prepare complex data spreadsheets, graphs, reports, and other documentation.
• Typing, word processing, filing, and other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry packages on a as they arrive that may weigh up to 15 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk occasionally during the day while carrying packages to other locations in the office

. Qualifications:

• Minimum High school degree required. Associate degree, or some college/business courses, is preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years administrative support experience.
• Basic understating of accounting cost, revenue, and billing.
• Typing speed 55 WPM.
• Requires strong computer skills with a strong focus in Excel and Word; Microsoft Dynamics AX Experience preferred.
• Accounting experience including understanding of cost & revenue and billing.
• Strong written and oral communication skills including greeting customers in person and on the telephone.
• Capable of dealing with internal and external clients in a tactful, professional manner.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
