Responsibilities

• bilingual Communication: Utilize full English/Spanish fluency to act as the office anchor, managing vendor relations, greeting guests, and coordinating international team activities.

• Tenure & Reliability: Bring a proven track record of long-term employment to a role that requires consistency in managing the office "soul" and daily operations.

• Supply Chain & QA Support: Oversee critical international shipping documentation and manage the lifecycle of product samples dispatched to global clients.

• Contract Administration: Own the end-to-end contract workflow, tracking commercial agreements from system entry through final execution and digital filing.

• Financial Assistance: Support the international finance team by managing local check deposits and assisting with administrative accounting and tax-related documentation.

• Executive Partnership: Provide high-level support to the Commercial and Supply Chain Directors, including complex agenda management and travel logistics.

• Technical Precision: Use MS Excel and Outlook to track logistics, maintain records, and ensure all administrative "moving parts" are synchronized.

• Brickell Logistics: Reliability is key for this on-site Brickell role ; as part of your package, daily lunch and dedicated parking are fully provided.

• Versatile Support: Maintain a "no task is too small" attitude, serving as the essential backup for critical business functions to ensure peak office efficiency.
