Required Qualifications & Skills >

To succeed in this role, you will require :

• A minimum seven (7) years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry, overseeing multiple operational areas.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving targeted results.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional Guest service, addressing concerns professionally and ensuring prompt resolutions.
• Experience analyzing key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance resort performance.
• Strong ability to develop talent, increase team engagement, and foster collaboration.
