Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Training will be 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. After training; Flexible Between the below shifts based on availability and business needs.

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Hours Per Week: 40 (Full-time Day shift)

Job Description:

Covius Mortgage Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Document File Clerk to join our team in Palm Harbor, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing important financial documents in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open files and mail and prepare documents for scanning by removing staples and organizing them in chronological order. Scan documents with a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• Process paperwork and print barcodes.
• Process documents quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Shred confidential documents securely.
• Open and sort incoming mail.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
