You don’t usually see this.
A Partner role in Tampa… at a firm where people actually stay.
Not “stay a couple of years then move on”.
They just… stay.
Which either means they’re doing something right.
Or nobody’s brave enough to leave.
(It’s the first one.)
They very rarely hire laterals at this level. So yeah, this is a bit of an odd one.
They’re open to one person. Someone with a book who’s a bit fed up starting again every couple of years.

This will probably hit a nerve.
Insurance defense. Good clients. No chaos for the sake of looking busy.
And the bit that’s hard to explain without it sounding fake…

I know how that sounds. But it’s real.

Portable business is required. No point dressing that up.
It’s not for everyone.
If you like constant movement and shiny new titles, it’s probably not right.
If you want somewhere you can just get on with it and build something properly…
