AmLaw 100 Firm | Trusts & Estates (High Net Worth / Ultra-High Net Worth) Senior Associate (5+ Years)
An AmLaw 100 firm is looking to add a Senior Associate to its Trusts & Estates group in Naples.
This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working closely with high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families , advising on sophisticated estate and tax planning strategies.
What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be handling a mix of advanced planning and administration, including:
- Estate, gift, and GST tax planning
- Drafting complex estate planning documents
- Trust and estate administration
- Managing sophisticated, multi-layered client matters
This is a highly client-facing role with the opportunity to build long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
What They’re Looking For- 5+ years of trusts & estates experience
- Strong background in advanced estate and tax planning
- Experience working with high net worth clients (UHNW a plus)
- Ability to manage complex projects and client relationships
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Established platform within an AmLaw 100 firm
- High-end client base (HNW / UHNW individuals and families)
- Opportunity for meaningful client interaction and relationship building

- Naples location (lifestyle + strong client market)
Estimated compensation: $200,000 – $275,000 depending on experience
In-office / hybrid (firm dependent)
