Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of industrial, commercial, and concrete construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure a thorough understanding of project scope and requirements.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with estimators, field supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure effective project execution.
- Monitor project costs, track expenses, and manage budgets to maintain profitability.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Lead regular project meetings with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to communicate progress and address concerns.
- Manage subcontractor performance, contracts, and deliverables.
- Oversee change orders, RFIs, submittals, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior leadership.
- Support business development by fostering strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 5–10+ years of project management experience in construction, industrial, or concrete projects.
- Experience with site work, structural concrete, or industrial facility projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and a strong commitment to safety practices.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail and accountability.
- Ability to walk job sites, climb stairs/ladders, and navigate construction environments, as well as sit for extended periods during administrative tasks.
