Outside Sales Representative
- Competitive base salary + commission
- (Expected first-year earnings: $75,000–$95,000)

- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing customer purchasing trends
- Prospect for new business through cold calls, referrals, and follow-ups
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face sales meetings
- Deliver product training and ongoing support to customers and their teams
- Resolve service issues and ensure a best-in-class customer experience
- Experience or familiarity with construction or building products (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proper insurance
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented mindset
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
