Now we’re looking for one exceptional designer to elevate everything we touch — from internal tools and AI-powered software interfaces, to landing pages, product websites, ads, and video assets. This isn’t a narrow role. It’s a full-spectrum design opportunity for someone with taste, range, and obsession with quality.

Role Overview
This is not a client-facing agency job. It’s an in-house role where you’ll own design across all our brands, tools, and products. You’ll report directly to the company’s founder and collaborate with top performers across departments — from growth and media buying to product and tech.

You won’t be rushed. You’ll be given time to go deep, refine, and produce work you’re truly proud of — the kind that’s both astoundingly beautiful and high-performing.

This Role Is for You If You:

• Sharp creative intuition, obsessive standards, and want to hone your craft on real-world work that millions will see and use

• Move comfortably between product UI, marketing, and ad creatives without sacrificing quality
• See yourself as an artist, but know that great design is also about performance, conversion, and usability
• Understand that a product interface must be very simple to use and beautiful to look at — and a landing page must convert, not just impress
• Love working directly with founders and decision-makers
• Get bored doing just one thing — and thrive on diverse, high-leverage challenges
• Want to be the driving force behind our design evolution — collaborating with other designers while setting the standard for what world-class looks like.

What You’ll Do:

• Design UI/UX for internal tools and software platforms (think: dashboards, platforms, AI tools)
• Build product websites and landing pages that blend conversion and visual craft
• Concept and execute high-performing ad creatives (static, motion, video)
• Collaborate with top performers across marketing, tech, product, and growth
• Bring taste, structure, and world-class polish to everything we show the world

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional portfolio that shows range, taste, and real-world application
• Strong understanding of performance design, UX, and visual hierarchy
• Fluency in Figma and bonus if you know After Effects or motion tools
• Ability to work full-time from our office in Vilnius (4 days a week)
• Humble, hungry, self-managing
• This is a hands-on role — not a leadership or management position. You are expected to have taste — and the skill to produce it yourself

This is not a client-facing job. Everything you’ll build is for us internally — our internal products, our owned brands, and our growth. Your work will be seen by millions and directly shape the company’s future.
