Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Software Engineer with full-stack capabilities and experience in UI/UX design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React/TypeScript, Python, Redis, MongoDB, and Docker. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in West Palm Beach, Florida, with flexibility for periodic work-from-home days.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React/TypeScript for the frontend and Python for the backend.
• Design and implement UI/UX improvements to enhance user experience.
• Work with databases such as Redis and MongoDB.
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer with full-stack capabilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in git, merging, branch management, and merge conflict resolution.
• Proficiency in React/TypeScript and Python.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Software Engineering augmented with AI (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, etc)
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Configuring & Running GitHub Actions
• Bootstrap CSS and Bootstrap CSS3 Flexbox & Grids.
• Experience with Redis and MongoDB ideal.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
