Customer Service Support

: Customer Service Representative Addison-HVAC, LLC. is seeking a full time Customer Service Support to join our Team! Overall Responsibilities Assisting Technical Service, Customer Service and Director of Customer Experience with all the tasks below. Major Duties And Responsibilities

• To Provide Support for Senior-Level Staff. This Includes Coordinating Projects and Processes in Support of Research and Analysis.
• Coordinate Customer & Technical Service Meetings/Trainings including Creating Materials, Room Setup, Food, Beverage and Consumable Requirements.
• Provide Order Entry Follow Through for Customer Service Team When Required.
• Maintain Project Databases.
• Other Duties as assigned by Management

Required Education Associates Degree or 2-3 Years Customer Service Experience in Office environment or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requirements/Skills

• Good Computer Skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suites
• Strong Communication Skills - Ability to Speak Effectively to Customers and Employees
• Good Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills
• Driven to complete various tasks under tight deadlines
