Bilingual Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) & CNAs – Sunrise, FL

• Active CHHA or CNA license (required)

• Bilingual English/Spanish (required)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (required)

• Ability to read, write, and speak English at an average adult level

• Must be 18 years or older

• Valid Social Security Number

• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs

• Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations

• Must pass a Level 2 background check

• Must complete required health screenings

• Must follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Senior Helpers Employee Handbook and Training Manual

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Transferring and positioning clients safely

• Observing and reporting changes in physical or mental condition

• Companionship and conversation

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Document daily activities in the Care Plan Book (if applicable)

• Record hours and services on Weekly Time Sheet and Service Log; submit every Monday by 5:00 PM

• Report significant client changes to the office immediately

• Other duties as assigned by management
