Medical Office Secretary
Receptionist
We are an established medical office in Port Charlotte, Florida looking for a receptionist to join our team. We work hard to serve patients and provide an informative and enjoyable time in our office.
Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
- Serves patients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Maintains our telecommunications systems including phones and electronic medical records.
- Aids our patients with their questions and establishes their care with us.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating the needs of our patients.
- Contributes to a team effort to joyfully serve our patients' needs.
Work Hours & Benefits:
- Hiring full and part-time.
- Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, and life, and disability insurance.
- We have a generous holiday, vacation, and sick time policies.
- Hours are Monday through Friday. They can be flexible, but do not include nights or weekends.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Must have experience with computers.
- Previous experience in medical offices preferred.
